A mentally handicapped person rapes someone. Are they just as responsible for the rape as a normal person? What if part of their brain dysfunction is an out of control sex drive? Does an untreatable medical condition deserve punishment?

But maybe this guy isn't handicapped. It could just be one of those bad photos where you're half-way through a blink and a yawn. He couldn't look like this all the time, could he?

Retarded or not, there must be something terribly wrong with him, or he wouldn't be a registered sex offender. Let's try to take comfort in that.
