This woman is guilty of statutory rape. The State of Georgia has her listed on their online sex offender registry.

Why? I don't get it.

I thought these websites were meant to protect the public from serious repeat offenders. What possible reason is there to include a homely housewife who fucked the paperboy one rainy Monday evening?

Maybe they've included her because the real reason for these registries is to humiliate people. And to entertain us.
