This is the third in a series of paintings featuring the ugly mug of Mike Harris. Truly Sorry #1 was a quick sketch. Truly Sorry #2 was a deeper sketch. This work, Truly Sorry #3 is the final culmination of staring into Mike Harris' eyes as he apologized for Walkerton on the front page of The Ottawa Sun.

I got tired of his staring over my shoulder blankly, so I made him look me in the eye. Artists can do stuff like that. I don't think Mike likes being pushed around that way, because now he looks a little ticked off. But also sad.
