On one of my journeys through the Internet, I met an odd fellow who goes by the name of Jacques Treatment. When I looked at his website, I recoiled in amazement. This must be the nerdiest place on earth. Being a blunt jerk of a person, I said so.
"I think this qualifies as one of the nerdiest websites I have ever seen in my entire life."
I expected Jacques to be offended, but he understood I meant no insult. He responded: "Yes, well, one of my girlfriends once described me as 'The God That All Nerds Bow Down To.'"
I told him I wanted to paint a portrait, based on the photograph of him located on his site. He said sure -- as long as he was provided with an electronic copy.
And here we all are.
I broke down and mailed this portrait to Jacques one day. I don't know what he did with it. Probably ate it.
