Modigliani is one of my favorite artists. His nudes are sexy, and his faces are wild. He also did something I am prone to doing -- taking faces and translating them into his own personal vision.

This painting is more-or-less a copy of Modigliani's portrait of Soutine. Only Mo's work looks like this:

Originally, I painted it to give away as a gift. Then I decided to keep it.
